  • Taylor Valve pays 100% of employee cost and a percentage of dependent costs.
  • Coverage starts 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

DENTAL PLAN:

  • Taylor Valve pays 100% of employee cost and a percentage of dependent costs.
  • Coverage starts 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

    VISION PLAN:

    Principal/VSP

    • Taylor Valve pays 100% of employee cost and a percentage of dependent costs.
    • Coverage starts 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

    FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA):

    • Allows employees to set aside pretax money to pay for health care cost.

    LIFE INSURANCE:

    Dearborn National

    • $50,000 life insurance policy premium paid by Taylor Valve.
    • Voluntary Life insurance available at employee expense.
    • Available after 90 days employment.

    DISABILITY INSURANCE:

    • Premium paid by Taylor Valve.
    • 60% of salary payable with a maximum benefit of $1000 per week.
    • Available after 90 days of employment.

    PAID TIME OFF:

    Regular full time employees are granted a specific allotment of PTO each calendar year based upon their tenure with the Company.

      PAYDAY:

      • Direct Deposit into checking or savings account required.
      • Hourly personnel are paid every Friday.
      • Salary personnel are paid every other Friday.

      UNIFORMS:

      After 30 days of employment, Taylor Valve will pay half of the weekly rental fee of uniforms.

      SAFETY SHOES:

      Taylor Valve will pay up to $100 of the cost for steel-toed safety shoes once per year.
